2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details for personalisation, including the child’s name, age, reading level, and story preferences. 👧👦

2.2. While we strive to incorporate your requested details as closely as possible, we may make minor adaptations to ensure the story flows naturally. ✨📖

2.3. Trademarked & Copyrighted Material: 🚫

  • We cannot create stories set in trademarked or copyrighted locations, such as books, films, or franchises (e.g., Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars).
  • However, we can create original stories set in real-world locations or imaginative settings based on your preferences. Let your imagination run wild! 🌍🌟

3. Language & Reading Levels 🔤📚

3.1. LinguaTales offers stories based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) reading levels (A1, A2, B1, B2). If you are unsure of the child’s reading level, we can provide general guidance, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match.

Here’s a guide to CEFR levels (please note this is just a guide):

  • 📗 A1 (ESL Beginner) – Early readers (Native English, Year 1–2, ages 5–7)
  • 📘 A2 (ESL Elementary) – Developing readers (Native English, Year 3–4, ages 7–9)
  • 📙 B1 (ESL Intermediate) – Confident readers (Native English, Year 5–6, ages 9–12)
  • 📕 B2 (ESL Upper-Intermediate) – Fluent young readers (Native English, Year 7+, ages 12+)

3.2. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we will do our best to align the story with the appropriate reading level, but we cannot offer refunds if it does not perfectly match your expectations. 🎭🔖

4. Order Process & Delivery 📩

4.1. After completing the order form, you will receive a confirmation email with the details you provided. Please review this carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors. ✅📧

4.2. Stories are delivered digitally via email in PDF format within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. ⏳💻

4.3. If you do not see your email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received your story after the expected timeframe, contact us. 📬🔍

5. Payments & Refunds 💰

5.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. 💳

5.2. Due to the personalised nature of our stories, we do not offer refunds once a story has been created and delivered. 🚫💵
